FANS FOR HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
These essential components must work at high speed at temperatures
of up to 1100°C in atmospheres rich in carbon and/or nitrogen and are
therefore made from alloys containing high percentages of nickel and
chromium such as Incoloy. Supplied pre-balanced.

CONVEYOR CHAINS
Used to transfer furnace loads at temperatures of up to 1100°C. They
need to have high temperature strength and should resist carburising in
the case of sealed quench carburising furnaces. For this purpose, alloys
high in Nickel and Chronium are essential.

RADIANT TUBES
Made from impervious spun cast heat resisting alloy or ceramic,
depending on the application. Used for indirect gas-fired furnaces where
the products of combustion are not allowed into the furnace, or for
electrically heated furnaces where the heating elements need to be
protected from the furnace atmosphere. |

CONVEYOR BELTS
Mesh belts are available which are suitable for use
at temperature of up to 1150°C as is necessary in the case of
continuous annealing brazing and sintering furnaces. Conveyor belts are
also used to remove hardened components from quench tanks attached to
continuous furnaces.
