TRAY ASSEMBLIES
Assembly can be made up from separate components for the supporting of special shapes and sizes e.g. for the treatment of gears in a continuous pusher carburising furnace. Such assemblies are made from high Ni/Cr alloys containing stabilizers to withstand repeated heating and quenching cycles.

FURNACE BASKETS
Baskets are available for most types of batch furnaces and are supplied in Incoloy with or without woven mesh liners. Fabricated as well as cast baskets are available. Cast baskets are more robust, but fabricated baskets are lighter and more heat efficient.

PIT FURNACE FURNITURE
Stackable charge buckets used for the loading of small components in a pit furnace. The components can then be carburised, carbonitrided or through hardened, depending on the requirement.

PIT FURNACE JIGS
Multi-tier type charge carriers for use at temperatures of up to 1100°C. These carriers are particularly suitable for the vertical fixturing of long components such as shafts, tubing, drill rods, etc.
